摘　　要：涎石病是一种常见的唾液腺疾病,经常发生在下颌下腺的腺体或者导管内。本病例报道了老年患者颌下腺腺体内巨大结石(36*39 mm)并伴有皮肤瘘管,全麻下行腺体摘除术及皮肤瘘管切除术,术后恢复良好。Sialolithiasis is a common diseases of salivary glands, and occurs in the submandibular gland or the Wharton’s duct. This case report presents a case of a large size（about 36＊39 mm size） in the left submandibular gland with a cutaneous fistula,which was under went submandibular sialadenectomy with fstulectomy,the recovery is good.
