药物脱敏对牙本质粘接强度影响的研究进展

摘　　要：牙本质过敏症是常见的口腔疾病之一,患病率较高。目前,临床上常用脱敏方法种类繁多,机制复杂,药物治疗是最早使用现已稳定成熟的治疗方式,也是临床上应用最为广泛的。但是药物脱敏是否会降低牙本质粘接强度,目前还没有统一的结论。本文主要对药物脱敏剂的种类以及作用机制、牙本质粘接强度的主要影响因素、药物脱敏对牙本质粘接强度的影响做一综述。Dentine hypersensitivity is one of the most common oral diseases.At present,there are many methods for desensitization in clinic,dentin desensitizing agents is the earliest and most widely used treatment.whether the dentin desensitizing agents will reduce the bond strength,there is no unifed conclusion.This paper mainly reviews the different dentin desensitizing agents and the main mechanism of action、the effect factors of bond strength、the effect of dentin desensitizing agents on bond strength.
