摘 要:为满足大型飞机强度试验中大变形三维位移测量准确度的要求,对影响位移测量精度的各种因素进行了理论误差分析,提出了投影法和等体积法的间接测量三维位移的大变形测量方法。对比验证试验表明,该技术解决了传统测量方法在大变形下测量结果受垂直于被测方向上的位移影响不可忽略的难题,提高了试验位移测量的准确度。多次实际使用结果表明,该技术测量性能指标可满足飞机强度试验要求。In order to meet the accuracy requirements of three-dimensional displacement measurement in large aircraft strength test, the theoretical error of various factors which affect the accuracy of displacement measurement is analyzed, and the large deformation measurement methods for indirect measurement of three-dimensional displacement, such as projection method and equal volume method, are proposed. The large deformation measurement result of traditional method is affected by the displacement which is perpendicular to the measurement direction, so the measurement result cannot be ignored. The proposed method solves the above problem, and improves the accuracy of displacement measurement. Many practical applications show that the performance of the technology meets the requirements of aircraft strength test.
