摘  要:介绍了一种全自动机车弹簧检测线的组成及工作原理。该检测线采用关节机器人搬运弹簧试样上下料,由弹簧几何尺寸测量试验机、弹簧轴向刚度试验机、弹簧横向刚度试验机、弹簧输送机构组成,能够实现机车单簧检测和机车双簧检测两个工作过程,为试验机朝自动化在线检测方向的发展提供了实例。The composition and working principle of an automatic detection line for locomotive spring is introduced in the paper. The detection line uses joint robot to carry the spring specimen for uploading and unloading. The detection line is composed of the spring geometrical size measurement testing machine, the spring axial stiffness testing machine, the spring transverse stiffness testing machine, and the spring conveying mechanism. The detection line can realize two working processes of locomotive single spring detection and locomotive dual spring detection, which provides practical basis for the development of automatic on-line detection system.
