摘　　要：本文着重对高速冲裁的实时在线检测进行深入探讨,从产品的关键尺寸控制、外观的特征检测等,100%进行实时检验,以提高了产品检测效率,保证产品质量,杜绝不良品进入用户环节,为企业生产的自动化和智能化技术改造寻找到一种少人无人化的生产模式。This article focuses on the real-time on-line detection of high-speed cutting, in-depth studies are from the key size control of the product, the appearance of detection of 100% in real time inspection, in order to improve the efficiency of product testing, to ensure product quality, prevent bad product into the user link, for the enterprise of production automation and intelligent technical transformation to find a less people a kind of production mode.
