摘　　要：目的:比较口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)(网纹型和糜烂型)和口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)患者血清和唾液中的sCD44表达水平。方法:收集23例健康对照者、46例OLP患者(23例网纹型和23例糜烂型)及23例OSCC患者的血清和唾液进行研究。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清和唾液中的sCD44,使用MATLAB软件进行统计分析。结果:健康对照组、OLP组(网纹型和糜烂型)和OSCC组的血清中sCD44的表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。唾液中sCD44表达水平由低到高依次是:健康对照组,网纹型OLP组,糜烂型OLP组,OSCC组,且其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唾液中sCD44的表达水平,OSCC患者高于糜烂型OLP;糜烂型OLP高于网纹型OLP,其均高于健康人表达水平。血清中sCD44的表达水平,OLP和OSCC患者与健康人无差异。唾液中sCD44有望在口腔黏膜癌前病变的相关诊断中具有一定价值。Objective：The expression levels of sCD44 in the serums and saliva from oral lichen planus （OLP） group （reticulate type and erosive type） and oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） group were compared in this paper. Methods ：The serums and saliva of 23 healthy people,46 patients with OLP （23 patients with reticulate type and 23 patients with erosive type） and 23 patients with OSCC were collected. The expression levels of sCD44 in the serum and saliva were assayed by means of ELISA method. MATLAB software was employed for statistical analysis. Results ： In healthy group, OLP group （reticulate type and erosive type） and OSCC group, the differences in the expression levels of sCD44 from the serums were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. In healthy group, OLP group （ reticulate type） ,OLP group （erosive type） and OSCC group,where the expression levels of sCD44 from saliva increased in turn,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：For the expression levels of sCD44 in saliva,the level in OSCC group was higher than that in erosive type OLP group,erosive type OLP group was higher than that in reticulate type OLP group. All of them are higher than healthy people. For the expression levels of sCD44 in serums,there is no difference between OLP and OSCC patients and healthy people, sCD44 in saliva is expected to be valuable in the diagnosis of precancerous lesion of oral mucosa.
