摘  要:以现代包装产业链中包装产品设计与色彩跨媒体复现技术需求为目标,建立了从包装产品设计、包装产品制造到包装产品应用的色彩基准平台,提出了一种"4色印刷+专色印刷"的高保真集成整合的软拷贝与硬拷贝模型及其应用解决方案。测试结果表明:1)经两次色彩匹配后,IT8.7-3样张的平均色差降至2.50,?E小于3.00的色块高达95.68%;2)经色彩匹配优化算法处理后,样张色块和图像达到目标要求,软硬样张的色块和图像视觉效果达到一致。所提方法能满足工业生产的精度要求,实现了跨媒体环境下包装设计与产品色彩复现的一致性。With the aim to meet the demand of color reproduction technology in the design and manufacture of packaging products in the modern packaging industry chain, by means of establishing a color reference platform from packaging design,packaging manufacturing to packaging application, an integrated soft-copy and hard-copy model named “4-process color plus spot color printing” with the application solution was proposed for processing printing and spot-color printing with high fidelity. The test results showed that: 1) after twice color matching of the IT8.7-3 sample, the average color difference was reduced to 2.50 and △E less than 3.00 was as high as 95.68%; 2) after the color matching and optimization algorithm being processed, the sample color block and the image approached the target requirement, with the image visual effect being consistent. The algorithm could meet the precision requirements of industrial production and achieve consistency in packaging design and product cross-media color reproduction.
