基于创新创业视角下高职院校学生就业能力培养模式研究——以南京城市职业学院为例

摘　　要：以南京城市职业学院学生为例,基于问卷调查结果,分析目前高职院校大学生就业能力培养现状,并在创新创业视角下提出高职院校学生就业能力培养模式,主要从文化氛围营造、课程体系设置、实践技能提升、创新创业规划指导四个体系进行构建。Taking the students of Nanjing City Vocational College as an example, based on the result of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the present situation of employment ability training of students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the training mode of employment ability of students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship. It mainly constructs from four systems, namely cultural atmosphere construction, curriculum system setting, practical skill promotion, innovation and entrepreneurial planning and guidance.
