摘 要:利用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)基线数据,对我国家庭初中阶段子女教育投资的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,除学生特征与家庭情况的影响以外,公共教育资源对家庭教育投资具有显著的影响,具体表现为公共教育资源禀赋较高学校的学生家庭教育投资比教育资源相对不足的学校高。研究证实了我国初中教育阶段公共教育投资对私人教育投资存在挤入效应而非挤出效应,即随着公共教育投入不断增加,私人教育投资意愿及能力也不断提高。需要不断优化公共教育资源配置以带动私人教育投入,使得公共教育投入与私人教育投资相互补充、相互促进,共同推动我国教育事业的不断发展。Based on the CEPS baseline data, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Chinese families' investment in their junior middle school education. The results show that public education resources have significant influence on family education investment, except for the students' characteristics and family situation. The public education resources of public schools, central city schools and high-ranking schools are higher than those of private schools, marginal areas or rural schools and low-ranking schools. The research proves that the public education investment has a crowding-in effect rather than a crowding-out effect on the investment in private education, which provides theoretical support for improving the public education policy and optimizing the allocation of educational resources.
