基于专科护士核心能力的手术室专科护士培训实践

摘　　要：目的探讨基于专科护士核心能力的手术室专科护士培训效果。方法选取我院2017年1~12月参加手术室专科护士培训的32名学员为研究对象。成立手术室专科护士培训小组负责本次培训,基于专科护士核心能力设置培训课程和方案,对学员进行理论知识培训、技能操作培训、临床实习、科研能力的培养等。培训前后,比较护士的核心能力、理论及操作考核成绩。结果培训后,护士的临床护理、领导能力、评判性思维与科研、沟通协调能力、教育与咨询、伦理与法律及专业发展能力,均高于培训前(P <0.05)。培训前,护士的核心能力处于中等水平,培训后,处于高能力水平(P <0.05)。培训后,护士理论及操作考核成绩均较培训前明显提高(P均<0.05)。结论基于专科护士核心能力的手术室专科护士培训能提高其专科护理能力和岗位胜任力,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the training effect of operation room specialist nurses based on the core competence of speeialized nurses. Methods Thirty-two nurses who partieipated in the training of operation room speeialist nurses from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. The operation room specialist nurse training team was set up to take eharge of the training. Based on the eore eompeteneies of speeialist nurses, training eourses and programs were set up to train students in theoretical knowledge, skills training, clinical practice and scientific research ability. Before and after the training, the eore eompetenee, the seores of the nurses＇ theory and operation assessment of the nurses were compared. Results After training, nurses＇ clinical nursing, leadership ability, critical thinking and scientific research, communication and coordination ability, education and eonsuhation, ethics and law, and professional development ability were all higher than those before training（P 〈 0.05）. Before training, the core competence of the nurses was at the middle level, After training, the eore eompetenee of the nurses was at a high level. After training, the seores of the nurses＇ theory and operation assessment were significantly higher than those before the training（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The training of specialized nurses in operation room based on the core competence of specialized nurses can improve their specialized nursing ability and post competence, which is worth popularizing and applying.
