区域性门脉高压合并颈内静脉血栓1例及文献复习

摘　　要：区域性门脉高压在临床工作较少见,无特异性症状,以消化道出血首次就诊的居多,容易造成漏诊及误诊;随着影像技术的发展,区域性门脉高压病例不断增多;区域性门脉高压的治疗以介入和外科手术为主。颈内静脉血栓也是临床少见的疾病,临床表现不一,早期容易忽视,处理不及时可能导致严重并发症甚至死亡;颈部血管彩超可以快速准确发现颈内静脉血栓,颈内静脉血栓的治疗以抗凝、溶栓、抗感染、介入为主。现就区域性门脉高压合并颈内静脉血栓患者1例作报道。Regional portal hypertension is rare in clinical work, isn＇t specific symptoms, most of the first visits to gastrointestinal bleeding, it is easy to cause missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. With the development of imaging technology, the number of regional portal hypertension eases is increasing. The treatment of regional portal hypertension is mainly based on intervention and surgery. Internal jugular vein thrombosis is also a rare clinical disease with different clinical manifestations, easy to ignore early, inadequate treatment may lead to serious complications and even death. Cervical vessel color doppler can quickly and accurately detect the internal jugular vein thrombosis. The treatment of internal jugular vein thrombosis is mainly antieoagulation, thrombolysis, anti-infection and intervention. Now, 1 eases of regional portal hypertension complicated with internal jugular vein thrombosis is reported.
