P53及RasP21蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P53、RasP21蛋白在胃癌组织的中的表达,并分析两者在胃癌发生过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化EnVision法分别检测20例正常胃黏膜组织和30例为胃癌组织中P53、RasP21蛋白表达水平,并探讨P53、RasP21蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度的关系。结果正常胃黏膜组织中P53、RasP21蛋白表达均为阴性(0. 0%和0. 0%),明显低于胃癌组织中的阳性表达率(83. 3%、70. 0%,P <0. 05)。胃癌组织中P53、RasP21蛋白阳性表达率与胃癌组织的分化程度有关(P <0. 05)。胃癌组织中P53蛋白表达与RasP21蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0. 801,P <0. 05)。结论 P53、RasP21蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达,且与胃癌的分化程度密切相关,临床上可通过两者在胃癌组织中的表达水平判断肿瘤的分化程度。Objective To investigate the expression of P53 and RasP21 proteins in the gastric cancer, and to analyze the role in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer. Methods hnmunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the P53 and RasP21 proteins in the 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissue and the 30 cases of gastric cancer. The relationship between the expression of P53 and RasP21 protein and the differentiation degree of gastric cancer was also discussed. Results The positive expression rates of P53 and RasP21 protein in the normal gastric mucosa tissues （0.0% and 0.0% ） were lower than those in the gastric cancer tissues（83.3% and 70.0% , P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of 1）53 and RasP21 protein was related to the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer tissues （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of RasP21 was positively correlated with the expression of P53 in the gastric cancer tissues （ r = 0. 801 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of P53 and RasP21 protein in the gastric cancer is closely related to the differentiation degree of gastric cancer. The differentiation degree of the tumor can be judged by the expression of P53 and RasP21 protein in the gastric cancer tissues.
