摘　　要：目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中DAXX蛋白表达及其与临床病理参数和患者预后的关系。方法:采用组织芯片结合免疫组织化学方法,检测135例非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织及其癌旁组织中DAXX蛋白的表达情况,结合患者的临床病理参数以及相关随访资料进行统计学分析。结果:DAXX蛋白在非小细胞肺癌癌组织高表达108例(80.0%),癌旁组织高表达30例(22.2%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其表达水平与患者的组织病理学分级、TNM分期、原发肿瘤、淋巴结的转移、远处转移以及胸膜侵犯显著相关(P均<0.05),Kaplan-Meier统计分析显示DAXX高表达组患者生存时间明显短于低表达组(P<0.05),COX比例风险回归模型分析显示DAXX表达程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及远处转移为患者独立的预后因素。结论:DAXX蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌的发生发展有关,其高表达提示患者预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of DAXX in NSCLC. Methods： Tissuemicroarray immunohistochemistry analysis （TMA-IHC） was used to detect the expression of DAXX in 135 cases of NSCLCtissues and adjacent tumor tissues. The relationship between Daxx and clinicopathological parameter of NSCLC were ana-lyzed, besides the prognosis. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used on the follow-up data. Results： The protein expres-sions of DAXX in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tumor tissues （P〈0.05）. The expression ofDAXX was significantly correlated with the histopathological grading （G）, TNM staging, primary tumors （T）, lymph nodemetastasis（N）, distant metastasis（M） and pleural invasion. Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed that the higher DAXX ex-pression group was associated with poor overall survival. COX proportional hazard regression model analysis further re-vealed that DAXX expression （P=0.021）, TNM staging （P〈0.001）, lymph node metastasis（P〈0.001） and distant metastasis（P=0.022） were independent risk factors for prognosis. Conclusion： The expression of DAXX is related to the development ofnon-small cell lung cancer. And the high expression of DAXX prompts bad prognosis of NSCLC.
