摘　　要：基于胜任力冰山模型和适应体育服务传递模型,综合运用文献资料法、关键事件访谈法、工作分析法、专家评价法,构建了我国残疾人体育健身指导员胜任力模型,并在此基础上编制并检验了《残疾人体育健身指导员胜任力调查问卷》。结果表明,计划能力、准备能力、实施能力、评价能力、职业素养、动机趋向和个人特质7个方面能够较好地解释残疾人体育健身指导员胜任力模型,调查问卷具有良好的信效度,可以作为评价残疾人体育健身指导员胜任力特征的有效工具。Based on Iceberg Competency Model and Adapted Physical Activities Service Delivery Model, this study uses document analysis, critical incident technical, job analysis and Delphi to construct the competency model of Chinese fitness instructor of the Disabled Sports. By this competency model, this study also develops and confirms the investigation survey about the competency level of the fitness instructor of the Disabled Sports. The results show that such 7 factors ability of planning, ability of preparation, ability of implement, ability of assessment motivation, occupational quality and personal characteristics as can well interpret the competency model of the fitness instructor of the Disabled Sports; the investigation survey has good trustworthiness, which can be used as an effective tool for evaluating the characteristic of the competency of the fitness instructor of the Disabled Sports.
