玉郎通络方联合针灸对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉郎通络方联合针灸对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年9月于我院接受脑梗死偏瘫康复治疗的患者102例,随机分为玉郎通络方组、针灸组、联合组,每组34例。玉郎通络方组行口服玉郎通络方的治疗,针灸组行常规的针灸治疗,联合组在针灸的基础上行口服玉郎通络方的治疗。治疗一个月后,用Fngl—Meyer运动量表(Fngl Meyer Motion Scale,FMMS)评定患者的运动能力、Barthel指数(Barthel Index,BI)评定患者的日常生活能力,另外统计总有效率,并进行统计学比较。结果:在治疗一个月后,FMMS评分玉郎通络方组为42.35±14.16分,针灸组为43.21±15.46分,联合组为53.67±17.95分明显高于前两组的得分,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);Barthel指数玉郎通络方组为49.45±16.96分,针灸组为50.37±17.63分,联合组为55.27±21.37分,与前两组相比,具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05);总有效率玉郎通络方组为52.9%,针灸组为55.9%,而联合组为73.5%,明显高于另外两组,具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:玉郎通络方联合针灸对脑梗死偏瘫患者具有显著的临床疗效,值得大力推广使用。Objective：To investigate the effect of the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yulang Tongluo Recipe.Methods：102 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected from March 2015 to September 2016 and randomly divided into treatment group,acupuncture group and combined group,each group had 34 cases.The treatment group received oral Yulang Tongluo Recipe treatment,the acupuncture group received conventional acupuncture treatment,the combined group received conventional acupuncture treatment on the basis of Yulang Tongluo Recipe treatment.One month after treatment to observe the Fngl Meyer movement of the three groups of patients（table Fngl Meyer Motion Scale,FMMS） score.The Barthel index（Barthel Index,BI） and the total efficiency,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results：After one month of treatment,FMMS score of the treatment group group was 42.35±14.16,the acupuncture group was 43.21± 15.46,53.67±17.95 for the combination group was significantly higher than that of the two groups before scoring,a statistically obvious difference（P〈0.05）;The Barthel index of the treatment group was 49.45±16.96,the acupuncture group was 50.37±17.63,the combined group was 55.27±21.37,compared with the previous two groups had obvious difference（P〈0.05）;The total efficiency of the treatment group was 52.9%,the acupuncture group was 55.9%,while the combined group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.The difference was statistically obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant clinical effect for patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia,which is worthy of popularization and application.
