摘 要:产品族设计DNA的视觉化是产品族设计DNA进化生成的关键环节。为更好地适应设计人员对产品造型的认知与三维数字模型构建过程,提出一种基于造型构成学的拖拉机产品族设计DNA的视觉化方法。在分析造型及其构成关系的基础上,提出线形、角度与比例、倒角3种视觉化规则,并以某企业轮式拖拉机的产品族设计DNA进化生成为例,分析了3种视觉化规则的使用过程。设计方案评价结果表明:子代造型方案能较好地延续父代产品造型特征;同时,在用户意象、社会情境的满足度分别为83.33%和70.83%,验证了方法的可行性与有效性。The visualization of product family design DNA is the key point of product family design DNA evolution. In order to adapt designer′s morphological cognition and 3 D digital model construction process, a visual method of tractor product family design DNA was proposed based on the morphological structuralism. On the basis of analysis of morphology and its components, three visualization rules were presented including line form, angle and ratio, chamfering. The product family design DNA evolution of a wheeled tractor was taken as an example to analyze the using process. The evaluation results demonstrated that the progeny modeling scheme could extend the modeling characteristics of the parent product well. Meanwhile, the satisfaction of user imagery and social situation were 83.33% and 70.83%, respectively. Therefore, the feasibility and validity of this method was verified.
