高校学前教育专业教学现状与对策研究

摘  要:伴随全球一体化的持续升温与全球各国的互动日渐频繁,学前教育的热度也在此环境下持续升温。而在我国,教学已向大众化、低龄化的发展态势过渡,幼儿教育也引起了学生父母、幼儿园与社会各阶层的重视。幼儿教学的出现与推广,对兼备学前教育高素养的教师提出了更为苛刻的要求。教师除开应有儿童心理学、教育学、卫生学等综合理论的储备外,还应有着良好的职业操守与教学能力。笔者以学前教育专业的特征为核心,对在专业教学阶段所出现的缺陷实施了具象化的解析,给出改善这类短板的具体策略,从而培育出可以担负学前教育教学工作的复合型人才,并且让该专业的开设变得更有意义。With the continuous warming of global integration and the increasing frequency of interaction between countries all over the world,the heat of preschool education continues to go up under this environment. In China,teaching has changed to the trend of popularization and younger age. Early childhood education has also attracted the attention of parents,kindergartens and all walks of life. The emergence and promotion of preschool teaching put forward more stringent requirements for teachers with high quality in pre-school education. Apart from the reserves of comprehensive theories such as child psychology,pedagogy and hygiene,teachers should also have good professional ethics and teaching ability. Taking the characteristics of preschool education as the core,the author makes a concrete analysis of the defects in the professional teaching stage,and gives specific strategies to improve this kind of short board,so as to cultivate the compound talents who can take on the teaching of preschool education and make the opening of the major more meaningful.
