摘　　要：高校基层服务型党组织建设要围绕服务大局、服务社会、服务师生积极开展,大力践行和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,通过树立服务理念,创新服务平台,建立服务机制,提升服务实效,促使基层服务型党组织建设工作落到实处。With great efforts to conduct and promote socialism core values,the construction of primary service-oriented party organizations in colleges and universities should support the overall service,service to society and service to teachers and students.In order to ensure the implementation of the construction of primary service-oriented party organization,it is of great significance to adopt the idea of service,innovate the service platform,establish the service mechanism and improve the service effect.
