财经类院校商务英语人才培养的专业同质化问题与对策

摘　　要："一带一路"倡议为中国经济和文化走向世界提供了宝贵的发展机遇,也带来了对商务英语人才的巨大需求。财经类院校在商务英语人才培养方面具有得天独厚的财经类强势学科资源优势,但是也存在商务英语专业和英语专业(商务方向)的专业同质化现象,如何合理有效地整合学科资源,解决同质化问题,提升财经类院校商务英语人才的培养质量,这是每个财经类院校都要认真思考的问题。The Belt and Road Initiative provides a valuable development opportunity for China＇s economy and culture to go to the world. It also brings tremendous demands for business English talents. Colleges of finance and economics,thanks to its strong financial discipline resources,have unique adavantage for the cultivation of business English talents. However,there is also a phenomenon of professional homogeneity in business English major and English major（ business direction）. How to integrate the disciplinary resources reasonably and effectively to solve the problems of homogeneity and improve the quality of business English talents cultivation in colleges of finance and economics is a problem that every financial institution should seriously consider.
