摘　　要：[目的]探讨西门塔尔牛杂交蒙古牛的产肉性能效果。[方法]对30月龄西门塔尔牛杂交二代以上犍牛和同月龄蒙古犍牛进行屠宰对比试验。[结果]30月龄西门塔尔牛杂交二代以上犍牛的平均活重、屠体重和净肉重分别达到693.71kg、415.39kg和342.39kg,较同月龄蒙古犍牛高出167.11kg、100.55kg和83.43kg;提高了31.73%、31.91%、和32.22%;差异均极显著(P<0.01);30月龄西门塔尔牛杂交二代以上犍牛的平均屠宰率和净肉率分别提高了0.12和0.19%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]利用西门塔尔牛杂交改良蒙古牛效果显著,可以明显提高蒙古牛产肉量。[Objective]In this paper,the meat production performance effect of crossbreeding Simmental and Mongolian cattle was analyzed.[Method]Comparative slaughter test was carried between Mongolian bullock and more than two generation Simmental hybrid bullock in 30 months old.[Result]The average live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of the Simmental hybrid bullock were 693.71 kg、415.39 kg and 342.39 kg,respectively.Compared with the same age Mongolian bullock,the average live weight,carcass weight and net meat weight of Simmental hybrid bullock were increased by 167.11 kg、100.55 kg and 83.43 kg,improved by 31.73%、31.91% and 32.22%,respectively.The differences were highly significant（P〈0.01）.In addition,the average dressing percentage and net meat rate of Simmental hybrid bullock were improved by 0.12% and 0.19%,and the differences were not significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The improvement result of meat production was obviously improved between Simmental hybrid bullock and Mongolian bullock.
