摘　　要：目的:尿液是机体代谢终末产物,可以反映机体的机能状态和健康水平。通过检测尿液中的差异性成分,来分析、判断机体健康状态,寻找疾病标志物的无创检测方法。在缺乏特异性根治恶性肿瘤方法的情况下,对于恶性肿瘤的早期筛查与发现有助于提高恶性肿瘤患者的生存率与治愈率,本文就尿液中肿瘤小分子代谢标志物的国内外研究动态与现状进行了概括和综述。Objective： Urine is the end-products of the body, which reflects the functional Sstate and health level of the body. By testing the urine, we can analyze and judge the body＇s State state of health and find a noninvasive method for the detection of disease markers. In the case of lacking specific methods to cure cancer, it will help improve cancer patients＇ survival and cure rates if malignant tumors are early screened and discovered., This article is aimedaims to summarize and provides a review of small molecule metabolism of tumor markers in the urine study currentlyat present.
