摘 要:文章基于现代职业教育体系的普职沟通内涵,强调尊重普通教育与职业教育各自的育人规律与价值,促进两类教育的横向沟通与纵向交叉衔接,显现“并行中显融通、融通中促并行”的发展主线,建构人才培养“立交桥”.普职沟通的基本结构是“并行中显融通”,通过两类教育的沟通与合作,形成学生互动、教师互通、课程互选、校长互往、资源互补的发展格局;“融通中促并行”,在保持各自特色的基础上,促使两种教育类型的个性、特色进一步张扬,实现长期并行发展.普职沟通行动路径表现为:找准普职协作的契合点,注重从事两类教育管理的校长间交流与合作,关注普职沟通的生长空间,建构高层次技术型技能型人才早期培养链等.Based on the connotation of the communication between general and vocational education in the system of modernoccupational education, this paper emphasizes the respective values and regular patterns of both kinds of education, promotestheir horizontal communication and vertical connection, shows the main line of their development-“ harmony in co-existence andco-existence in harmony”, and constructs an “ overpass” for personnel training. “Harmony in co-existence and co-existence inharmony” is the basic structure of the communication between both kinds of education. The former means through the communica-tion and cooperation between both kinds of education, a new development pattern can be formed, which includes the interactionbetween students, teachers, and school principals from both educational systems, mutual course selection and complementarity ofeducational resources. The latter means without losing the respective features, both kinds of education further display and developtheir special features and particularity and achieve a long-time co-existence. The action path shows a fusion point of cooperationand the growing scope between these two kinds of education, the communication and collaboration between the school principalswho are in charge of the two different kinds of school management, and the construction of early training for technical and skilledtalents of high levels.
