摘　　要：目的分析丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者神经功能和血液流变学的影响。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月我院收治的145例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予改善微循环,控制血压、血脂、血糖等常规治疗。对照组72例患者在常规治疗基础上给予静脉滴注依达拉奉,观察组73例患者在对照组的基础上给予口服丁苯酞软胶囊,2周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、神经功能和血液流变学指标情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.89%显著高于对照组的88.89%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程后以及6个月后随访患者的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)情况,观察组较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组的HSV、PSV、HCT、ESR等血液流变学指标均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死能显著提高临床治疗效果,降低神经功能缺损评分,改善患者预后及生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effects of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with edaravone on nerve function and hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods In our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 145 cases of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,were given to improve the microcirculation,blood pressure control,blood lipid,blood glucose and other conventional treatment,72 cases in the control group,based on routine treatment received intravenous infusion of edaravone,the observation group in the control group were given oral treatment of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.2 weeks as 1 course of treatment,observation of clinical efficacy of the two groups after 2 courses of treatment,and the nerve function and hemorheology effects. Results In the observation group,the total efficiency of 95.89% was significantly higher than the control group 88.89% （ P 〈0.05）,after 2 courses of treatment,after 6 months of follow-up NIHSS score decreased significantly compared with control group （ P 〈0.05）,and the observation group after treatment,the indexes of HSV,PSV,HCT flow and ESR blood was lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,significantly improve the total clinical efficiency,reduce neurological function score,improve the prognosis of patients＇ quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
