芪蛭通络胶囊对帕金森氏病肌强直及日常生活能力改善作用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪蛭通络胶囊对帕金森氏病肌强直及日常生活能力改善作用的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年12月在我院诊治的帕金森氏病患者75例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组采用美多芭治疗,观察组在美多芭治疗的基础上联合中成药芪蛭通络胶囊治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后第3、6个月的临床疗效,研究芪蛭通络胶囊对患者肌强直和日常生活能力改善作用。结果两组患者治疗后第3、6个月时,观察组患者肌强直和日常生活能力改善作用评分均小于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于单纯服用美多芭的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯美多芭治疗相比,芪蛭通络胶囊联合美多芭能有效改善帕金森病患者的肌强直及生活能力,提高PD患者的生活质量,且安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Qi Zhi Tongluo Capsule on myotonic rigidity and activity of daily living in Parkinson＇s disease. Methods A total of 75 patients diagnosed as Parkinson＇s disease from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table method,74 patients were divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,each of 37 patients.The control group was treated with Madopar,while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine,Qi Zhi Tongluo capsule,on the basis of the treatment of Madopar.To compare the effect of two groups of patients before and after 3 and 6 months, to study the effect of Qi Zhi Tongluo Capsule on the patients＇ myotonic rigidity and daily living ability. Results Two groups of patients after 3,6 months,the observation group of patients with myotonic and daily life ability improvement score were less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the simple medication group. Conclusion Compared with the simple muda therapy,the Qi Zhi Tongluo Capsule combined with muda can effectively improve the myotonic and living ability of the patients with Parkinson＇s disease,and improve the quality of life of the patients with PD.It is safe,effective and worting further promoting.
