针刺十三鬼穴联合醒脑静治疗重症昏迷患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺十三鬼穴联合醒脑静治疗昏迷病人的临床疗效。方法选取我院重症医学科住院的重症脑昏迷患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予以针刺十三鬼穴联合醒脑静治疗,对照组给予单纯醒脑静治疗,治疗4~8周后评价两组患者的GCS评分、DNS评分、临床疗效、总有效率及并发症发生情况。结果经治疗4、8周后,治疗组的GCS评分均较对照组明显提高,DNS评分均较对照组明显下降,且治疗组的临床疗效和总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论针刺十三鬼穴联合醒脑静治疗能有效提高昏迷患者的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of needling Thirteen Ghost Points combined with awaking brain injection in comatose patients. Methods A total of 60 comatose patients in ICU were randomly divided into experimental group n =30,and control group n =30.Experimental group received needling Thirteen Ghost Points combined with awaking brain injection.While control group just received awaking brain injection.The level of GCS,the level of DNS,clinical efficacy,overall effectiveness,incidence of complication were assessed after 4-8 weeks. Results In both 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the level of the GCS in experimental group were significantly improved,the level of the DNS in experimental group were significantly decreased compared to control group.Clinical efficacy and overall effectiveness were significantly improved in experimental group,there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in incidence of complication between two group. Conclusion Needling Thirteen Ghost Points combined with Awaking Brain Injection effectively and safely improve the efficacy of Comatose Patients,And it is worth of popularizing in clinic.
