摘 要:目的探究微格教学应用于护理技能训练的效果。方法将2017级高职护理230名学生分为观察组与对照组,观察组应用微格教学理念和方法进行训练,对照组应用传统训练方法,比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组学生七步洗手法技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,学生学习中主观能动性发挥程度、课堂中学生的学习感觉、成就感、课堂满意度均明显优于对照(均P<0.05)。结论微格教学能充分调动学生的积极性,提高七步洗手法技能训练效果,同时提升教师的教育教学素质。Objective To explore the effect of microteaching on nursing skills training. Methods The microteaching concept and method were introduced into the seven-step hand-washing skills training.230 students of 2017 vocational nursing were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group applied the microteaching training,and the control group applied the traditional training.Methods to compare application effects. Results The observation scores of the seven-step handwashing skills of the observation group students were significantly higher than those of the control group.The degree of subjective initiative in the students' learning,the feelings of the students in the classroom,the sense of accomplishment,and the degree of satisfaction in the classroom were significantly better than those in the control group(all P 〈0.05). Conclusion Micro-teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of participants,improve the training effect,and at the same time improve the quality of teacher education and teaching.
