摘 要:目的探讨翻转课堂在中医本科生急诊医学理论课堂教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015级中医专业本科生1组95名为实验组,同专业2组95名为对照组,实验组采用翻转课堂教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学。通过调查问卷和理论考核、实践技能考核的方法对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组学生对翻转课堂的认可率较高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生的理论考核成绩、理论考核成绩平均分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组学生的实践技能考核成绩、实践技能考核成绩平均分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂的教学模式有助于提高学生的自学能力、医患沟通能力和急诊临床思维,有利于提高学生的临床技能水平,但对学生的理论考核成绩影响不大。Objective Explore the application effect of flipped classroom in the “emergency medicine” theoretical teaching for traditional medicine college students. Methods 95 Chinese medicine college students in 2015 was selected as the experimental group,the same professional group of 95 students as the control group,the experimental group used flipped classroom teaching,the control group used traditional teaching method.Through questionnaires,theoretical assessment and practical skills assessment methods to assess the effectiveness of teaching. Results The acceptance rate of students in flipped classrooms was higher,and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05);there was no statistical difference in the distribution of academic examination results between the two groups students ( P 〉0.05).No statistical difference in the average scores of theoretical assessment between the two groups ( P 〉0.05).Significant statistically difference in the distribution of scores of practical skills assessment between the two groups ( P 〈0.05).The average scores of practical skills assessment scores of the two groups students were statistically different ( P 〈0.05).The flipped classroom is conducive to improve students' practical skills assessment results. Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model will help students improve their self-learning ability,doctor-patient communication skills and emergency clinical thinking.It can help to improve the students' clinical skills,but it may have little effectivity on students' theoretical assessment.
