优质护理对戒酒综合征患者睡眠质量及治疗依从性的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与研究优质护理对戒酒综合征患者睡眠质量及治疗依从性的影响程度。方法:选取2016年12月至2017年10月攀枝花市第三人民医院收治的戒酒综合征患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较2组患者护理前后的睡眠质量(PSQI量表)及治疗依从性。结果:护理前2组患者的PSQI量表及治疗依从性结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的PSQI量表及治疗依从性结果显著改善,且优于对照组护理后的结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可有效改善戒酒综合征患者的睡眠质量及治疗依从性,在戒酒综合征患者中具有较高的应用价值。Objective： To observe and study the influence of quality nursing on sleep quality and treatment compliance in patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Methods： Sixty patients with alcohol abstinence syndrome who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2017 were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and 30 cases in each group. The control group was taken with routine care and the observation group was taken with high quality care. The quality of sleep（PSQI scale） and treatment compliance before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results： There were no significant differences in the PSQI scale and treatment compliance between the two groups before nursing（P〈0. 05）. After nursing,the PSQI scale and treatment compliance of the observation group improved significantly and was better than the control group. After nursing,the differences were with statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： High-quality nursing can effectively improve the sleep quality and treatment compliance of patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome,and has a high application value in patients with alcohol withdrawal syndrome.
