摘  要:针对传统的核桃破壳设备很难同时保证高破壳率和高露仁率,设计一种全自动核桃划口机,其主要包括喂料斗、导位辊、硬毛刷辊、排序滑道、机架、机械自动划口装置和储料箱等。其中机械自动划口装置包括:切割锯片、电缸、核桃夹具和气缸等。由PLC系统控制实现全自动生产加工。核桃的划口和破壳试验表明,核桃的划口率随着切割锯片在电缸上的移动速度的减小而增加,划口后的核桃的一次性破壳率和高露仁率明显增加,一次性破壳率提高了9%,高露仁率提高了12%。For the traditional walnut shell breaking equipment, it is difficult to ensure high shelling rate and high dew rate atthe same time. Design a fully automatic walnut slashing machine, which mainly includes feeding hopper, guiding roller, hardbrush roller, sorting slide, rack, mechanical automatic swiping device and storage bins. Among them, the mechanicalautomatic opening device includes:a cutting saw blade, an electric cylinder, a walnut clamp and a cylinder. Fully automaticproduction and processing by PLC system control. Walnut's mouth and shell test showed that the hatching rate of walnutincreased with the decrease of the moving speed of the cutting saw blade on the electric cylinder. The disposable shelling rateand the high dew rate of the walnut after the hatching increased significantly. The one-time shell rate increased by 9%, andthe high dew rate increased by 12%.
