摘  要:医学具有科学与人文双重属性,根植于中华传统文化沃土的中医学尤重人文。临床教学阶段是中医教育的关键时期,对学生形成正确的医学道德与职业素养影响深远。加强人文教育必要性主要体现在:有利于缓解医患矛盾,满足医学模式转变的需要,接续科学人文断裂的局面;中医文献中的蕴含着"致中和""天人相应"等人文精神,认为只有学通百科,方可专精一科;人文教育的内涵提示医者要有仁爱之心、责任之心、精研之心、谦卑之心和包容之心。Medicine has dual attributes of science and humanism, and TCM especially attach importance to humanities. The stage of clinical teaching is a key stage in TCM education, and has a far-reaching influence on development of medical ethics and professionalism in students. To strengthen humanistic education is necessary toremitting medical conflict, meet the needs of medical mode transformation, and connect faulted sciences andhumanities. The humanistic spirit in TCM literature has connotation of attaining a state of harmony, andcorrespondence between nature and human. Only one learns encyclopedic knowledge, he will be specialized in onesubject. The connotation of humanistic education indicates that medical practitioners should have the heart of kindness, responsibility, specialization, humility and containment.
