摘  要:以100余例真实临床典型案例为基础,运用现代信息技术与互联网技术等,建立中医临床思维模拟训练平台,通过人机对话与病例进行互动交流,采集望闻问切四诊资料,然后辨析、论治。针对不同层次的使用者,选择难易程度不同的病案进行训练,来达到培养和训练学生以及住院医师采集病史能力、临床诊断能力、辨证分析能力及选方用药能力,以期使用者形成规范的中医临床思维,全面提高其临证综合处理能力,从而全面掌握中医诊治疾病规律。On the base of more than 100 clinical cases and modern information and internet technology, the simulated training platform for TCM clinical thinking is established. The data of four examinations of inspection,listening and smelling examination, inquiry and palpation are collected from the cases through man-machineconversation, and then pattern differentiation and treatment are determined. The users at different levels are trainedwith different cases, and the purpose is to cultivate and training the abilities of collecting medical history, clinicaldiagnosis, pattern differentiation and selecting formulas and administrating medicinal in students. The students willhave normalized TCM clinical thinking, and their comprehensive problem-resolving capacity will be improved for mastering TCM laws in diagnosis and treatment diseases.
