摘 要:目的:探讨西安市高校学生膳食模式与视功能相关生存质量的关系。方法:抽取西安市某高校303名在校学生,通过问卷调查法获得研究对象的一般情况和膳食摄入,利用视功能相关生存质量量表得分对视功能进行评价,采用因子分析提取膳食模式,分析不同膳食模式下视功能得分之间的差异。结果:共纳入对象289人,男性110人(38.1%)、女性179人(61.9%)。视功能相关生存质量三部分(一般健康及视力情况、活动受限程度、视力问题的反映程度)得分分别为67.9±15.2分、89.0±12.4分和84.5±16.7分。经因子分析提出"高脂肪酸"膳食模式、"高糖"膳食模式和"谨慎"膳食模式。"高糖"膳食模式在三部分得分分别为59.6、86.2和81.9,明显低于其他两种模式,在活动受限程度和视力问题的反应程度两个部分得分有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:"高糖"膳食模式与视功能相关生存质量的降低存在负相关关系,因此通过调整膳食模式,均衡膳食营养,减少糖类物质摄入对改善视功能相关生存质量具有重要意义。[Objective] Discussion on the relationship between dietary patterns and visual functioning related quality of life of college students in Xi'an city. [Method] Totally 303 students in a university in Xi'an city were selected to obtain the general situation and dietary intake of the study subjects through questionnaire survey. Visual function was assessed using visual function-related quality of life scale scores, and dietary patterns were extracted using factor analysis. The differences in visual function scores under diffferent dietary patterns were compared. [Result] There were effective survey d 289 people, including 110 males (38.1% ) and 179 females (61.9%) . As the three aspects of vision functioning related quality of life (general health and vision acuity, grades of activity disabilities, reflections of vision problems) scores were 67. 9± 15. 2, 89. 0 ± 12. 4, 84. 5 ± 16.7, respectively. Three dietary patterns were derived by factor analysis, including high fatty acid pattern, high sugar pattern, and balanced pattern. The high sugar dietary pattern scores in the three parts were 59. 6 (46. 7, 70. 2), 86. 2 (68. 0, 93. 3) and 81.9 (53.6, 93.6), which were significantly lower than those of the other two patterns, and were reflected in the grades d activity disabilities and reflections of vision problems. There were significant differences in tire scores of tire two parts (P 〈 0. 01 ) . [Conclusion] There is a negative correlation between the high sugar dietary pattern and the reduction of visual function-related quality of life. Therefore, it is of great sig- nificance to adjust the dietary pattern, balance dietary nutrition, and reduce the intake of carbohydrates to improve tire visual function-related quality of life.
