摘  要:面对日益凸显的护理职业风险,加强在校护生职业安全教育成为高职院校护理专业人才培养模式改革的重要内容。从法律法规、风险管理和防护知识等方面对护生职业安全的认知现状进行调查,指出现有教育模式存在的问题。探索自我效能、医院氛围和课程认同三个因素对职业安全课程满意度的影响,从教学内容、教学方法和考核方法三个方面进行护理职业安全教育。In the face of the increasingly prominent nursing risks,the strengthen-ing of risk awareness education for nursing students becomes an important part in higher vocational colleges. The study on perceptions of nursing risk status,which in-cludes nursing regulation,nursing risk management and risk prevention awareness,found out the problems existing in education mode. The influence of self-efficacy,hospital environment and recognition of curriculum were explored. This paper puts forward the optimization measures and the direction of teaching reform of nursing safety education from three aspects: teaching content,teaching method and assess-ment method.
