摘　　要：作为俄罗斯第二大宗教的伊斯兰教从历史到现在存在许多问题。苏联解体后,随着国内国际形势的变化,俄罗斯在解决经济问题的同时,也同样面临着严峻的宗教及民族问题,对俄罗斯伊斯兰教的研究也被人们提上日程。伊斯兰教在俄罗斯国内的发展历史曲折,政府的政策变化不定,造成的矛盾尖锐,冲突有时激烈,严重影响社会稳定安全。解决好民族关系问题也是我国的重要工作,借鉴俄罗斯的教训,制订适当的民族政策,有利于国家的稳定。Islam, the second largest religion in Russia, has many problems in its long history to the present. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia has undergone great changes in the domestic and international situation, facing severe religious and ethnic issues while solving economic problems, which makes the study of Russian Islam put on the agenda. The tortuous history of Russian Islam has caused the sharp contradictions, even ferce conficts sometimes due to the constantly changed policies from the government, which seriously affectes social stability and security. Meanwhile, solving the issue of ethnic relations is also an important task for China. Therefore, it is conducive to the stability of our country to learn from the lessons of Russia and to formulate appropriate ethnic policies.
