摘  要:目的研究中国标准化病人教育者(standardized patient educator,SPE)的现状和挑战,为中国模拟医学教育的发展提供可依据的资料。方法对隶属于中国标准化病人教学指导委员会的80个医学中心进行问卷调查,收集SPE的人口资料、职业构成,以及培训方式、挑战和应用。结果参与调查SPE的男女比例为1∶1.4,平均年龄为45.2岁。SPE的职业主要是医生(60.9%)和医疗行政人员(26.3%),74.4%的SPE在培训过程中承担单项任务,包括管理、培训、教学计划制订及编剧。SPE最常使用培训方式为授课及讲座(8.1次/年),其次为临床实习(3.1次/年)和视频教学(1.8次/年)。表演培训的挑战主要是对剧本要点的完整记忆,以及赋予合适的表情;培训反馈的挑战是紧扣学习目标。58.3%的医学中心已将标准化病人(standardized patients,SPs)纳入客观结构化临床考试进行医学生考评。结论 SPE需要更多资源的支持以实现其专业化、职业化和规范化,以促进中国模拟医学教育产业的发展。Explore the current status and challenge of Chinese standardized patient educators (SPEs) inChina, to provide the reliable data for the development of simulation medical education. Methods Eighty medical centers affiliated with China Standardized Patients Practice Teaching Guidance Committee ( CSPC ) were recruited in this study. Data on SPE's demographic feature, occupation, training, challenge and application were assessed. Results The gender ratio of SPE recruited in this study is 1 : 1.4 ( male versus female ) with a mean age of 45.2 year- old. The occupations of SPEs are mainly doctors ( 60.9% ) and medical administrators ( 26.3% ) . 74.4% of the SPEs take a single task, including administrating, training, making the teaching plan or script writing. The most common means of SP training are giving lecture ( 8.1 times/year ), clinical practice ( 3.1 times/year ) and video teaching ( 1.8 times/year ) . The challenging parts for SPE whiling training were remembering the the whole cases, emotional control and focusing on the learning objectives. 58.3% of the medical centers have incorporated SP into objective structural clinical examination ( OSCE ) for medical student evaluation. Conclusion More educational resources should be applied to prompt SPEs' profession and consistence for the development of simulation medical education.
