复方苦参注射液对肝癌Hep3B细胞增殖影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦参注射液对肝癌Hep3B细胞增殖的影响。方法运用细胞计数法(CCK-8)检测复方苦参注射液对肝癌Hep3B细胞的抑制作用。采用流式细胞术检测复方苦参注射液对肝癌Hep3B细胞周期的及凋亡的影响。结果复方苦参注射液对Hep3B细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,且存在时间-浓度依赖性。随着复方苦参注射液浓度的增加,凋亡细胞的比例逐渐增大,G1期细胞逐渐增加,S期细胞逐渐减少。结论复方苦参注射液可以抑制Hep3B细胞的生长,可能与促进细胞凋亡并引起细胞阻滞有关。Objective To investigate the inhibition of Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection on the proliferation of hepatocarcinoma Hep3B cells.Methods Using the CCK-8 assay,flow cytometric（FCM）analysis to detect the Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection effect on Hep3B cells.Results Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection had obvious inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Hep3B cells and was time-concentration dependent.With the increase of concentration of Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection,the proportion of apoptotic cells gradually increased,G1-stage cells gradually increased,and S-stage cells gradually reduced.Conclusion Composite Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection can inhibit the growth of Hep3B cells,which may be related to promoting apoptosis and arrest cell cycle.
