摘　　要：应用型人才培养是当前高校人才培养的主要方向,结合医药行业对制药工程人才的需求,以辽宁何氏医学院制药工程专业的转型为研究对象,从人才培养模式、课程体系、实践体系、教学模式、实践基地、师资队伍建设和质量保障体系共七方面进行探讨。以培养应用型人才为目标,充分利用高校的资源优势与实践经验,形成"产学研一体化"的人才培养模式。Appliedtalents are the main direction of college. The paper is based on the transformation of Pharmaceutical Engineering of He University combined with the talent market demand. To discuss in seven aspects of talent training mode, curriculum system, practice system, teaching mode, practice base, teaching staff and quality assurance system. In order to cultivate applied talents, taking full use of the resources advantage and practical experience to form a training mode of ＂integration of industry-university-research and research＂.
