医养结合模式下提升护理人员伦理素养的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化问题的加重,如何满足老年人的养老和医疗护理需求是急需解决的问题。近几年,国家大力推进医疗行业的改革,针对此提出"医养结合"的新型养老模式,但是,在推行"医养结合"的新型养老模式中仍存在诸多问题,而其中护理服务问题较为明显。希望通过加强和培养护理人员的护理伦理意识,来提升其伦理素养,为医养结合模式下的老年人护理提供更优质的服务,对促进我国养老服务的进一步发展提供借鉴。With the aggravation of the population aging in China, how to meet the pension and medical care needs of the elderly is an urgent problem to be solved. In recent years, the country has vigorously promoted the reform of medical industry and proposed a new pension model of “medical-nursing” combined mode, however, there are still many problems in the implementation of new pension model of “medical-nursing” combined mode, and the problems of nursing services are more obvious. The author hoped that it should enhance the ethical literacy of nurse by strengthening and cultivating the ethical awareness of nursing staff, provide better services for nursing care of the elderly under medical-nursing combined mode and provide reference for promoting the further development of Chinas pension services.
