摘  要:医德教育是一个复杂的系统工程,对医德教育必须进行系统分析、设计,使教育过程系统化。从高等医学院校医学生医德教育现状入手,从"知情意行"的视域,运用系统分析的方法,对医德教育系统化进行构建,即认知教育、情感教育、意志与行为教育三个子系统发挥特定功能,确保医德教育系统整体功能无限趋近于目标值。Medical Ethics Education is a complicated systematic project. Systematic analysis and design must be carried out on medical ethics education to systematize education process. This paper started from the current situation of medical ethics education among medical students in higher medical colleges and universities, and from the perspective of “cognition, emotion, will and behavior”, using systematic analysis method, systematically constructed the medical ethics education, namely, the three subsystems of cognitive education, emotion education, will and behavior education played a specific function, to ensure that the overall function of medical ethics education system is indefinitely close to the target value.
