遗传代谢病患儿父母亲职压力及其影响因素的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探究遗传代谢病患儿父母的亲职压力状况及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、亲职压力量表、应付方式问卷、领悟社会支持量表对在北京市某三级甲等医院儿科就诊的100例遗传代谢病患儿的父母进行问卷调查。[结果]遗传代谢病患儿父母亲职压力得分(106.67±20.84)分,明显高于正常儿童父母;86%的患儿父母亲职压力>90分,处于高压力水平;多元线性回归分析结果显示,自责、合理化、患儿性别、朋友支持、患儿是否独生子女为患儿父母亲职压力的影响因素,可解释总变异的46.8%。[结论]遗传代谢病患儿父母普遍存在较高水平的亲职压力,可通过调节患儿父母自责应对方式、提高朋友支持水平等措施改善患儿父母的亲职压力。Objective： To probe into parenting stress and its influencing factors in parents of children with inherited metabolic diseases. Methods： A total of 100 parents of children with inherited metabolic diseases,in pediatric department a third grade A hospital in Beijing,were investigated by general data questionnaire and Parenting Stress Index Short Form,Coping Style Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale. Results： The score of parenting stress was 106.67±20.84,and it was significantly higher than that of normal children.The score of 86% parents was above 90,at the high pressure level;Multivariate linear regression analysis results showed that self blame coping style,rational coping style,child gender,friends support,whether the child was the only child or not were the influencing factors of parenting stress,which could explain 46.8% of the total variation. Conclusion： Parents of children with inherited metabolic diseases generally had a high level of parenting stress.It could be improved by adjusting the parents′ self blame coping style and improving their friends′ support level.
