摘　　要：目的:调查北京市顺义区高中生艾滋病相关知识知晓情况、恋爱及青春期性行为等相关态度,为今后在该人群中开展艾滋病与性健康教育提供参考。方法:选择北京市顺义区6所高级中学1265名高中生作为调查对象,采用多阶段整群抽样的方法进行自填式问卷调查。结果:被调查的1265名高中生总体知晓率为80.47%,不同学校类型、年级、分科间的艾滋病知识知晓率差异具有统计学意义。男女生间对待恋爱、对待边缘性行为、对待青春期性行为以及婚前性行为态度的差异具有统计学意义。结论:建议以性健康教育为切入点,开展学生艾滋病防控工作,探索开展基于学生需求的艾滋病及性教育综合干预,切实提高防范艾滋病的能力。Objective： To investigate the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge and sexual attitudes among high school students in Shunyi District of Beijing, and provide reference for health education intervention.Methods： With Multi-stage cluster random sampling method,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1265 high school students in 6 high schools in Shunyi District of Beijing. Results： The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 80. 47%,and statistically significant differences were found in the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge among different school types and grades. Differences in the attitudes towards love,marginal sexual behavior,adolescent sexual behavior and premarital sexual behavior were statistically significant between male and female students. Conclusions： It is suggested that the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS should be carried out as point of sexual health education,and the comprehensive intervention of HIV/AIDS and sex education based on students＇ needs should be explored to effectively improve the ability to prevent HIV/AIDS.
