摘　　要：讨论一例有创伤性经历的精神分裂症患者的精神病性症状的出现、转归以及后来从事性服务工作与患者的精神病理与创伤的心理机制。该患者的症状出现、好转、加重等变化都与创伤导致的心理病理性的改变有明显的关系,患者通过性服务工作来排遣了孤独感和空虚感,因为性服务工作的羞耻感,导致了患者与他人的人际关系减少,更加需要患者通过性服务工作加强人际关系。该案例中,该名患者通过性服务工作来应对自己的心理危机和面临的痛苦,从而说明在治疗中建立治疗关系尤其重要。To discuss the transformation and the change of the psychotic symptoms of a patient with schizophrenia to a sex worker,and to understand the psychological mechanism about the psychotic symptoms and trauma.The appearance,relief and exacerbation of patient＇s symptoms is all closely related to the pathological changes of trauma. The patient attempts to fight against her loneliness and emptiness through sexual services,but it also limits her social communication due to the sense of shame,so she has to rely on sex work to get the communication she needed. Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a safe relationship in the treatment to help patient solve her/his psychological crisis.
