摘　　要：本文分析了地方高校转型实质和由此对工程训练机制提出的新要求,以所在高校汽车服务工程专业为例,从理论探讨、校企联合办学、工程训练管理和工程训练内容调整等四方面进行分析,为建立新工程训练机制做出的探索与实践。This paper analyzes the essence of the transformation of local universities and the new requirements put forward by the training meehanism. Taking the university-＇ s automobile service engineering major as an example, this article discusses theoretical discussions, school -enterprise joint education, engineering training management, and engineering training content adjustment. Analyze the aspects and make explorations and practices for establishing new engineering training mechanisms.
