摘　　要：目的:初步探讨DEAR1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化检测60例甲状腺乳头状癌组织及对应癌旁组织中DEAR1蛋白的表达情况,分析DEAR1表达与临床病理因素之间的相关性。结果:DEAR1蛋白在PTC组织中表达量显著低于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DEAR1蛋白低表达与PTC肿瘤直径较大、包膜侵犯和颈部淋巴结转移密切相关(ρ=-0.367、-0.436、-0.406,P=0.004、0.002、0.001),而与性别、年龄、腺内播散、砂粒体、肿瘤数量组均无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DEAR1蛋白表达缺失与PTC的发生、发展可能存在密切联系,且在PTC增殖、包膜侵犯和颈部淋巴结转移中可能发挥着一定的作用。Objective：To investigate the expression of DEAR1 in papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）and its para-carcinoma tissues and evaluate the association between DEAR1 expression and clinicopathologic factors.Method：Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of DEAR1 in 60 cases of PTC and paracarcinoma tissues and the relationship between DEAR1 expression and clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.Result：The expression of DEAR1 was significantly down-regulated in PTC tissues compared to para-carcinoma tissues（P〈0.01）.The expression of DEAR1 was significantly associated with tumor size,Capsular invasion and Lymph node metastasis（ρ=-0.367,-0.436,-0.406,P=0.004,0.002,0.001）,while no significant relationship were found between the expression of DEAR1 and gender,age,lobe dissemination,psammoma body and tumor number（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The low expression of DEAR1 may relate to the development of PTC,and it may play an important role in proliferation,capsular invasion and Lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma.
