摘　　要：2018年4月14日,"中国改革开放40周年与非洲发展"论坛在四川成都—电子科技大学清水河校区顺利召开。论坛分为中国改革开放发展道路与中非治国理政经验分享、"一带一路"倡议与非洲发展、西非国别研究三个议题。与会专家学者分别从内政外交政策、经济治理、改革发展战略规划的层面展开了深入的交流与探讨。本次论坛的召开对于坚持共商共建共享的原则,推动中非携手共进,实现共赢具有积极的促进作用。On April 14, 2018, Forum on “The 40th Anniversary of China’s Reform and Opening-up and ItsImplications for African Development” was successfully held at Qingshuihe Campus of University of ElectronicScience and Technology of China. The forum comprises of three seminars as to Sharing for China＇s Reform andOpening-up in Governance for China-Africa, “The Belt and Road ”Initiative and African Development, and Studieson West Africa. Experts and scholars present conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions from the perspectivesof foreign and domestic policy, economic governance and strategic planning for reform and developmentconsecutively. The convening of the forum plays a positive role in promoting Extensive Consultation, JointContribution and Shared Benefits for achieving win-win for China-Africa.
