摘　　要：目的:探讨泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗成人泪道阻塞的疗效。方法:选取2012-05/2016-11我院收治的成人泪道阻塞患者34例46眼,均接受泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗,术后随访6～18mo,观察治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:本组患者均顺利完成泪道置管,术后2～3mo拔管。至末次随访,治愈39眼(85%),好转5眼(11%),无效2眼(4%),后行经内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治愈; 39眼(85%)治疗中鼻腔少量出血,15眼(33%)眼睑水肿,11眼(24%)内眦部瘙痒不适,1眼(2%)义管滑脱。结论:泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏是治疗成人泪道阻塞的有效方法,能有效减少并发症的发生。AIM： To investigate the effect of retrograde lacrimal intubation combined tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment on the treatment of adult nasolacrimal duct obstruction.METHODS： During May 2012 to November 2016,a total of 46 eyes of 34 cases with nasolacrimal duct obstruction were treated with lacrimal intubation combined tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment. The postoperative follow-up was 6-18 mo to observe the treatment effect and complications.RESULTS： The patients were successfully treated with lacrimal intubation and tube was drawn out 2-3 mo after operation. Treatment was succeed in 39（ 85%） eyes.Functional improvement was achieved in 5 eyes（ 11%）.Relapse occurred in 2 eyes（ 4%）. The complications included mild epistaxis in 39 eyes（ 85%）,eyelid edema in15 eyes（ 33%）,itch of inner canthus in 11 eyes（ 24%）,and fall off of the tube in 1 eye（ 2%）. CONCLUSION： Lacrimal intubation combined tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment is an effective treatment for nasolacrimal duct obstruction in adult and can successfully reduce occurrence of complications.
