摘 要:针对原始MPA(消息传递)算法存在高检测复杂度、高资源需求和收敛性不佳的问题,提出了一种基于简化ML(最大似然准则)策略的多用户检测算法——SI-ML算法。该算法从ML算法的穷尽遍历出发,将SCMA系统的扩散矩阵和信道矩阵乘积按照非方阵约化QR分解方法进行分解,并根据计算出的每个分支节点的累计度量值确定检测过程中需保留的分支节点,以达到检测的目的。最后,用Matlab模拟空间信道进行仿真,验证了SI-ML算法的可行性。Aiming at the problem that the original MPA (message transfer) algorithm has high detection complexity, high resource requirement and poor convergence, a multi-user detection algorithm based on simplified ML (maximum likelihood criterion) strategy--SI-ML algorithm is proposed. Starting from the exhaustive traversal of the ML algorithm, this algorithm decomposes the product of the diffusion matrix and the channel matrix of the SCMA system according to the non-square matrix reduction QR decomposition method. Then, according to the calculated cumulative metric value of each branch node, the branch nodes to be reserved during the detection process are determined so as to achieve the purpose of detection. Finally, the simulation with Matlab is done on the spatial channel, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of SI-ML algorithm.
