摘　　要：目的探讨沙盘游戏治疗对轻中度抑郁障碍患者的个人和社会功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年5月~2017年10月轻中度抑郁症住院患者96例,随机分为药物组和干预组,每组48例。药物组给予口服盐酸舍曲林片治疗,干预组在药物组基础上联合沙盘游戏治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后第1周、第4周、第8周、第12周的PSP评分。结果治疗前、治疗后第1周、第4周,两组患者PSP评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后第8周,干预组PSP评分为(68.36±2.74)分,高于药物组的(65.21±3.08)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第12周,干预组PSP评分为(73.64±1.94)分,高于药物组的(68.53±2.71)分,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。结论沙盘游戏联合药物治疗轻中度抑郁障碍患者,能促进患者个人和社会功能的恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of sand table games on the personal and social function of patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder.Methods A total of 96 hospitalized patients with mild to moderate depression from May 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the drug group and the intervention group,with 48 cases in each group.The drug group was given oral sertraline hydrochloride tablets,the intervention group was treated with sand table games on the basis of the drug group.The PSP scores of the two groups of patients before treatment,1 week,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 12 weeks after treatment were compared. Results Before treatment,the first week and the fourth week after treatment,the PSP scores of the two groups were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.At the 8th week after treatment,the PSP score of the intervention group was （68.36±2.74）,which was higher than that of the drug group（65.21±3.08）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.At the 12th week after treatment,the PSP score of the intervention group was（73.64±1.94）,which was higher than that of the drug group（68.53±2.71）,the statistical significance was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sand table games combined with drugs for patients with mild to moderate depressive disorder can promote the recovery of patients＇personal and social functions.
