摘　　要：血小板的主要功能已经被认可超过一个世纪,但是越来越多的实验和临床证据证明血小板也是重要的癌症中间介质。癌症的确影响血小板生理特性,激活的血小板通过促进肿瘤生长、血管生成、转移和癌症相关血栓形成而参加癌症发展的每个过程。根据血小板参与癌症进展和众多实验模型以及用抗血小板药物预防癌症的流行病学研究的结果,提出血小板是降低短期癌症风险、癌症传播和癌症死亡率的潜在靶点。因此,血小板对癌症和癌症的发展需要得到进一步的肿瘤界的重视,并且需要越来越多的实验去证实其联合其他抗癌药物的临床效果。The main function of platelets has been recognized for more than a century, but more and more experimental and clinical evidence prove that platelets are also an important mediator of cancer. Cancer does affect the physiological character istics of platelets,and activated platelets participate in every process of cancer development by promoting tumor growth, an giogenesis,metastasis and canceFassociated thrombosis. Based on the results of platelet involvement in cancer progression and numerous experimental models and epidemiological studies of the prevention of cancer with antNplatelet drugs, it was suggested that platelets are potential targets for reducing shorwterm cancer risk, cancer spread and cancer mortality. There fore, platelets on the development of platelets on cancer and cancer needs further attention in the tumor field, and more and more experiments are needed to confirm their clinical effect in combination with other anti cancer drugs.
