摘　　要：循证医学是上世纪末国际临床医学界兴起的多学科融合的交叉学科,是当今医学领域最重要、最活跃、最前沿的新兴学科之一,可为我们提供最科学、最有证据的建议指导医疗实践和科学研究,其实质是一个新式高效的临床医学培训、教育模式,将是21世纪医学教育的方向。影像医学专业学位研究生在住院医师规范化培训过程中引入循证医学理念、原则和方法,是一种更适应目前临床学位研究生和住院医师规范化培训并轨模式下的医学发展模式的新型教育方法,有助于提高住培研究生的临床思维能力、临床诊疗技能、科研创新意识以及终身自我教育能力,是医学影像教育发展的必然趋势,真正实现了人才培养的可持续发展。Evidence-based medicine （EBM）, a newly emerging interdisciplinary subject in the early 1990s, is one of the most important, active and frontiers in the world medical feld. It provides us with the most scientifc and most evidence-based suggestions to guide medical practice and scientifc research. The essence is a new and effcient clinical medical training. Education mode will be the direction of medical education in twenty-first century. The introduction of EBM concepts, principles and methods by postgraduates in the standardized training of residents is a new type of educational method. That is more suitable for the medical development model under the current standardized training model of clinical postgraduates and residents. It helps to improve the clinical thinking ability, clinical diagnosis and treatment skills, scientifc research consciousness innovation ability, and lifelong self-education ability of the graduate students. It is an inevitable trend of the development of medical imaging education, and it has truly realized the sustainable development of talents training.
